Situated between Capital Blvd. and NC Highway 401 in Wake County, Remington Park is a small and beautiful community. The subdivision of Remington Park is convenient to shopping, community events, and Research Triangle Park. Within one mile in fact, is the largely convenient Northern Wake County Expressway Interstate 540 (I-540), Triangle Town Center mall, and Poyner Place, home of Super Target and many other exciting shops.

Remington Park was developed in 1993, and has approximately 100 households. At the time of development, the Remington Park Homeowners Association's governing board was comprised of the community's land developers. Now, four talented and generous homeowners volunteer their time to keep the community running smoothly under the guidance of Kohn-Ell Association Management.

From Downtown Raleigh, take Capital Blvd north (US 1) to the NC Hwy 401 split. Exit right and travel two miles. Continue on Rt 401, pass the Food Lion and McDonald's on the left at Spring Forest Rd. The Remington Park entrance is ahead on the left, across from the horse farm.

From I-540, use exit 15 US 401 Louisburg Road and turn right. Then turn immediately right, at the Remington Park less tttttthan 200 feet ahead on the right.
